building a culture where everyone belongs.
At Randstad, ED&I isn’t just a commitment - it’s who we are. We foster a culture where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to thrive. By prioritising wellbeing, championing diverse perspectives, and embracing collaboration, we create workplaces that reflect the world around us.
Our success is shaped by the unique experiences of our people. When we bring together different voices, we drive innovation, strengthen our communities, and deliver better outcomes for our clients, partners, and teams.
From a global stand point, Randstad complies with all applicable local labour laws and regulations in the jurisdiction of employment, which may supersede any company-wide policies or guidelines. In the event of any conflict between local labour laws and company policies, the applicable local laws will take precedence, and Randstad is committed to ensuring compliance with such laws to protect the equal opportunity and rights of its employees.
